By downloading, installing, and using the Lovely Ambassador App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility To use the Lovely Ambassador App, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Use of the App The Lovely Ambassador App allows users to complete tasks to earn rewards. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App.

Rewards By completing tasks within the App, you can earn rewards in the form of Points. The accumulation and redemption of rewards are subject to the rules and conditions outlined within the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Disclaimers The Lovely Ambassador App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law, These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms within the App and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
